Product Brand Image

All Resale Partners selling Lucy products must operate in a manner that is consistent with our premium brand image. If your retail store has a website, only approved images may appear on your website. In support of our brand image, Lucy Goods, Inc. reserves the right to revoke retail partners who operate inconsistently with Lucy’s brand policy. 

Website Management

Internet resellers must provide Lucy Goods, Inc. with a valid website which Lucy products shall be sold on. By submitting this form, Reseller agrees to abide by the Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP) enforced by Lucy Goods, Inc. to protect the identity of our brand, MAPP prices can be found by visiting www.lucy.co. The price listed on the Lucy website shall be considered the MAPP pricing at any given time. All internet-based retailers must adhere to MAPP agreement. Resellers who are found to be in violation of our Minimum Advertised Price Policy will face immediate revocation of their resale account. 

Third Party Websites

Reseller acknowledges that sales on third party websites such as Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Buy.com, Sears.com etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED by Lucy Goods, Inc. Resellers who are found to be in violation of this policy will face immediate revocation of their resale account.
