Refund policy
5.0 Returns
5.1 Product may be authorized for return provided;
5.1.1 The product is saleable condition, is in its original inner pack unit, and has been properly stored (no credit will be given for single units),
5.1.2 A list of items and quantities to be returned is provided to Customer Service, and
5.1.3 The total volume of product to be returned is less than 10% of Customer's total purchases, net returns, in the immediately prior six (6) months.
5.2 Customers must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") Number from Customer Service via email before returning product to ensure timely and accurate credit. Customer Service will provide to Customer the appopriate return address for the product. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping all product returned under this section.
5.3 Returns received by Lucy without prior authorization or without an RA Number will not receive credit.
5.4 Lucy will charge a restocking fee of 20% applicable list price of the return product.
5.5 Any credit for items returned under an RA Number will be adjusted for the restocking fee; all allowances, discounts, or other adjustments.
6. Refused Orders
6.1 Any Customer refusing an order will be charged shipping costs associated with both outgoing and return shipments, in addition to a restocking fee of 20%, provided the original order fulfillment was accurate, shipped on-time and properly invoiced.
