Effective January 1, 2022

1. Orders & Customer Service

1.1 Lucy Goods (Lucy) Customer Service will accept purchase orders via email at PO@lucy.co Monday - Friday.  Orders placed after business hours will ship the following day.
 

3.0 Payment Options 

3.1 Three payment terms are available to customers.  Customer must notify Customer Service on first order which payment options they choose.  

3.2 Orders may be paid via Credit Card at the time of order placement.  

3.3 Orders may be paid via ACH payment net 10 days after order placement; Customer will receive 2% discount on the list price.  

3.4 Orders may be paid via ACH payment net 30 days after order placement; Customer will receive 0% discount on the list price.

 

4.0 Damaged Product or Inaccurate Shipments 

4.1 Product that arrives at Customer's warehouse in a damaged condition or was incorrectly shipped must be reported to Customer Service via email within three (3) business days of receipt of goods to arrange for product disposition and replacement product.
